Heard Sri Vinod Kumar Shukla, learned for the contempt petitioner-applicant and Sri Mohit Jauhari, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no. 1, 2 and 4.

Sri Jauhari has filed two affidavits of compliance of the same date i.e. 23.9.2025; one sworn by Sri Rakesh Kumar, District Inspector of Schools, Lucknow and the other by Sri Mahendra Dev, Director. Secondary Education, U.P., Lucknow

Sri Mohit Jauhari, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties has made a categorical statement that the order dated 16.12.2024 passed in Writ-A No. 26721 of 2021 (Rashmi Awasthi and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) has now been complied with.

Sri Vinod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contempt petitioner-applicant does not oppose the aforesaid statement made by the learned Standing Counsel.

Thus, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the matter and accordingly the instant contempt petition is consigned to record.

Notices issued earlier to the opposite parties are hereby dropped.
