Heard Sri Arun Kumar Tewari, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned AGA for the State of U.P. as well as perused the record.

By means of the instant revision, the revisionist has challenged/impeached the order dated 28.10.2025 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gonda (in short "Family Court") in Criminal Misc. Case No. 242 of 2019 (Smt. Raj Kumari vs. Ayodhya Prasad), whereby an application preferred by the side opposite in terms of Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. has been rejected.

Vide order under challenge dated 28.10.2025, the Family Court issued recovery warrants for recovery of amount indicated in the order dated 10.05.2019 passed in Maintenance Case No. 689 of 2017 (Smt. Raj Kumari vs. Ayodhya Prasad @ Raju) preferred by side opposite in terms of Section 125 Cr.P.C. The operative portion of the order dated 10.05.2019 reads as under:-

्ऺािथनी �ारा ्ऺ�तुत भरण पोषण ्ऺाथ�ना प� तदनुसार िन�तािरत करते �ए िवप�ी अयो�या ्ऺ साद उफ� राजू को आदेिशत िकया जाता है िक वह ्ऺाथ�ना प� ्ऺ�तुत करने की ितिथ 04.11.2017 से ्ऺािथनी �ीमती राज कुमारी को मु० 3000 (तीन हजार �पये) ्ऺितमाह अदा करना सुिनि�त कर�। भरण पोषण रािश ्ऺ�येक कैले�डर माह की सांतवी तारीख को अदा िकया जाना सुिनि�त कर�। िनण�य व आदेश की ्ऺित िनशु�क िनयमानुसार ्ऺािथनी को ्ऺा�त

From the aforesaid, it is apparent that the consequential order i.e. the order dated 28.10.2025 has been challenged in this revision and main order i.e. the order dated 10.05.2019 passed by the Family Court has not been challenged.

Accordingly, this Court finds no force in the instant revision. It is accordingly dismissed .
