Shri Alok Kumar Pandey has appeared in person and he submits that on the last occasion, a copy of the order dated 12.01.2024 was served and in order to assail the same more comprehensively he submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh with appropriate pleadings and grounds.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
