Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Pankaj Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Umesh Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
After hearing the parties, this Court finds that it will be necessary to direct the State to file its counter affidavit regarding the stand taken by the petitioner.
Counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent No.2 has already been filed to which the rejoinder affidavit has been filed.
It is provided that any seat filled in the proposed round of counseling, it shall be subject to the outcome of this writ petition.
