This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-
"To Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the respondent concerned i.e., O.P. no.02 to take appropriate action against the OP NO05 who is creating unnecessary obstruction and interference in the construction of the school building/ house over the land bearing Gata No.747/1 min/0.1990 hectare situated at village semra Shekhpur Pargana- Nawabganj, District- Gonda, without any right title and interest in the interest of justice."
Learned counsel for the petitioner says that there are several typographical errors in the writ petition and she prays that she may be permitted to file an amendment application.
