1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Shikhar Anand, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the State-respondent nos.2 to 3.

1. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:-

" i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby set aside the impugned order dated 14.6.2024 passed by the opposite party no.1, in Appeal No. S 9-280/A/2024 "Shri Tungnath Mishra Versus Officer of the Information Officer, Block Development Officer, Block-Shukul, Amethi" contained in Annexure no.1 to this writ petition.

ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party no.2 and 3 to provide authentic copy of bills/vouchers containing the details of GST/All now authorized officer.
