1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State Respondents.
2. This petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 16/02/2024, passed by District Magistrate, Barabanki/District Level Committee, Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana 2020, by condoning the delay made by the petitioner in filing the claim application form.
II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the opposite party No.2 to release the payment to the petitioner under the "Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana, 2020".
3. Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
