Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, who appears on behalf of the Staterespondents.
This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order/decision dated 04.08.2022 ( Annexure no.1 to the writ petition) of committee constituted under the chairmanship of respondent no.3 by means of which the claim of the petitioner's husband Late Dasrath @Dasrathlal Gupta under the "Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana" was wrongly rejected/declared ineligible.
(II) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the opposite party no.-3 to pay compensation/financial assistance of Rs. 5,00,000.00/- to the petitioner under the "Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna" on account of death of her husband i.e. Late Dasrath @ Dasrathlal Gupta, along with interest @ 14% from the date of death of deceased i.e. 28-11-2021 till actual payment."
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Two weeks' time thereafter is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
