This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:-
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned report dated 18.05.2024 contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition submitted by the concern Tehsildar and its consequential order after summoning the original copy of the same.
(ii) Issue Issu a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the opposite party no. 2 & 3 to pay the financial aid to the petitioner under department of U. P. State Disasters Management"
