- This writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:-
"(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quash the order dated 14.07.2024 passed by the opp. party no. 3/Superintendent of Police, District Lakhimpur Kheri rejected the representation of the petitioner in an arbitrary and routine manner.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to given the clearance/NOC on the license of the petitioner for renewal of meat shop M/S Noor Fatima Meat Shop of the petitioner."
