Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4 has been accepted by the office of the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
By means of the instant petition, the petitioner prays for the following main relief:-
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to take appropriate action against the opposite parties no. 5 and 6 i.e. Revenue Inspector and Lekhpal who has made entry of PA-11 in respect to the disputed property and matter arising out of will, contrary to the provision under U.P. Revenue code rules, after 32 year of deceased Jagdev of Village Chikhadi Tehsil, Milkipur District Faizabad/Ayodhya in order to alienate the property in the ends of justice."
Allegations have been levelled against the revenue officers for certain acts which as per the petitioner are against the settled legal principles.
After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to agitate his grievances before the appropriate forum.
Considering the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
