The record indicates that on 16.05.2024, time was granted to the petitioner to bring certain orders on record. Thereafter again on 11.07.2024, time was granted and the said order reads as under:-
"The record indicates that the petitioner was directed to bring on record the order dated 16.12.1967. This order was passed on 16.05.2024 and till date the said order has not been placed on record.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted last opportunity of two weeks' time to bring the said order on record.
On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, list this matter on 29th July, 2024, as fresh. In case if the aforesaid order is not brought on record by them, appropriate orders will be passed."
When the matter was taken up on 29.07.2024 which was posted for today as fresh.
Today, there is none to press the petition.
Accordingly, in light of the aforesaid orders and the fact that there is none to press the petition. The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
