Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State Respondents and Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority.

It appears that the petitioner had made some application on 21.03.2015 to the Vice Chairman, LDA for adjusting his amount deposited for earlier allotment of Plot No. D-3/152, Vastu Khand, Gomti Nagar for allotment of plot in Gomti Nagar Vistar Yojana. Such application made by the petitioner is not on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record application dated 21.03.2015 on the basis of which a letter dated 12.10.2015 was issued to him, a copy of which has been filed as annexure no.3 to the writ petition, within two weeks.

It has also been submitted by the petitioner that he did not receive any order of cancellation of his earlier plot allotted in Vastu Khand, Gomti Nagar and the impugned order has wrongly stated that the information was given to him on 04.12.2013.

Learned counsel appearing for the LDA shall also bring the record relating to cancellation dated 04.12.2013 and its intimation, if any, to the petitioner on the next date of listing.
