This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:-
"(i) issue an order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the opposite parties to recover the petitioner's money which was grabbed from the post office account i.e. Rs. 1,99,520/from Account I.D. 4315655337 by the employees of the post office, Colonel Ganj, Gonda.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to take the action against the employees of post office colonel Ganj, Gonda, and others who are involved in the grabbing of petitioner's money i.e., Rs. 1,99,520/- from Account I.D. 4315655337."
Learned counsel for the petitioners has informed this Court that the similar writ petitions are coming up for hearing tomorrow i.e. on 26.07.2024.
List and connect alongwith Writ-C No. 5804 of 2024 and Writ-C No. 6263 of 2024, on tomorrow i.e. 26.07.2024, as fresh.
