Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the Staterespondent.
This petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in appropriate nature declaring Clause 12 of the Government Order dated 01.06.2021 being illegal, arbitrary, ultra-vires being violative of Artice 14 of the Constitution of India.
II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari or any appropriate writ to quash and set-aside the impugned order dated 04.01.2024 passed by the opposite party no. 4."
The learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit.
Two week's time thereafter is granted for filing rejoinder affidavit.
