Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashed order dated 15.05.2024 passed by opp. party No. 2 i.e. Commissioner Devi Patan Pandal Gonda in case No. 863/2021 computerized case No. C202108000000863 ( Sarla Sharma Vs. State of U.P and others) under section 127 of the electricity Act 2003 contained as Annexure No. 1 in the writ petition in the interest of justice.
II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite party No. 5 & 6 did not breakdown the electricity connection during pendency of the writ petition in the interest of justice."
25,000/- is not deposited within a period of ten days from today, to be more precise on or before by 23.06.2024, the petitioner may not get the benefit of this order.
