Shri Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel appearing for the U.P.S.I.D., on the basis of the instructions says that the boundary wall has been constructed by the U.P.S.I.D. in 2015-2016 after acquisition of land of Majre Shankarpurwa by the Government in 2003-2004 which was handed over to the U.P.S.I.D.
It has been submitted that the boundary wall was constructed in the year 2015-2016 and the petitioner has bought the land only in 2021. The earlier tenure holder from whom the petitioner has bought the land had never objected to the construction of boundary wall in 20152016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out Page nos.45 and 46 of the paper book. At Page no.45, Annexure no.9, a copy of on Spot Inspection Memo prepared on 30.11.2023 has been annexed wherein the boundary wall constructed by the U.P.S.I.D. has been found to be in Village Pipri and not in Village Shankarpurwa.
