List this petition on 31.05.2024 as fresh, to enable learned Standing Counsel to seek instructions from the Tehsildar concerned as to how in the khatauni, name of the petitioner and his brother, Ram Deen have been shown as owners of Gata No.146, area 0.9120 hectares, whereas in the writ petition, the petitioner himself admitted in paragraph 13 that his brother sold off half of his share of Gata No.146 and the petitioner himself in another paragraph admits that he had sold off 1/3rd of his half share i.e. 0.152 hectares to one Rakesh Kumar.
