1. The instant petition has been filed praying for a direction to respondent no. 3 to pay compensation to the petitioner for Arazi No. 101, area 0.005 hectare, situated at Mauja Mishrainpur, Pargana Bhadohi, Tehsil Bhadohi, District Bhadohi.
4. Counsel for the petitioner places reliance on a report of SDM dated 19.7.2024 in support of his contention that his land would also be affected by the proposed widening.
5. Since the respondents have come up with a specific stand that they would not include the land of the petitioner in widening of the road, therefore, we dispose of the writ petition by providing that the land of the petitioner comprising of Arazi No. 101, area 0.005 hectare be demarcated by the respondents. In this regard, respondent no. 2 will constitute a team of revenue authorities who would carry out demarcation on the site of the petitioner's land within four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order. The land of the petitioner so demarcated, would not be utilized by the respondents for widening of the road, except in accordance with law.
