Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

Learned counsel for petitioners is granted liberty to implead Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, (Intermediate Education Board) Uttar Pradesh, Civil Line, Prayagraj as opposite party no.4 during the course of day. Learned State counsel has accepted notices on behalf of newly impleaded opposite party.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to allot Examination Centre to petitioner's Institution for the U.P Board Examination 2024.

It has been submitted that petitioner's Institution fulfills all the requirements for allocation as an Examination Centre for the aforesaid Board Examinations particularly in view of the fact that it is co-education Institution and the Centre allocated is more than seven kilometers away which would entail difficulty for the female candidates.

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to furnish afresh representation before opposite party no.4 i.e. Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, (Intermediate Education Board) Uttar Pradesh, Civil Line, Prayagraj or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide, keeping in view the relevant Government Order pertaining to same within a period of ten days from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority.

With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of .
