"I. Issue a writ, order or nature of mandamus direction in the directing the respondent official to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner with regard to the construction of acceleration lane and providing administrative assistance for the acceleration lane on part of land bearing gata no. 1367 at village Katoghan Tehsil Khaga, District Fatehpur as exist lane to the petitioner i.e. the dealer of M/s Reliance BP Mobility, within a short stipulated time period as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court."
