- By means of the instant petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has challenged the validity of the order dated 21.03.2024, passed by the State Government in a revision filed against the order dated 09.11.2023, passed by the Vice Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority.
- By means of the impugned order the revision was allowed and the matter was remanded to the Vice Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority for being decided afresh within a period of one month.
