(ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 16.02.2019 passed by the InCharge Officer (Nazul) Collectorate, District Sitapur, which mentioned finds place in the Nazul register form45, a copy of which is contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition."
