Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the State-respondent nos.1 to 3.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:-
"(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding thereby the Opposite party no.3 to decide the Representation dated 14.03.2024 for grant of compensation of his land Gata No.1431 and 1693 situated at Village Bakshgarh, Tehsil Gauriganj, District Amethi, expeditiously preferably within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Two weeks' time thereafter is given to the petitioner to file his rejoinder affidavit.
