After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some inadvertent error some facts/documents are left to be mentioned/enclosed with the present petition which are necessary for proper adjudication of the present case, thus, the present case may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh petition.
As prayed, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty, as prayed for.
Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents enclosed with the present petition while retaining the photocopy of the same.
