- This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:-
"I. On basis of facts and grounds mentioned above it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders of the SIC dated 21-08-2023 rejecting complaint of the petitioner annexed as annexure no.16 and the order of the SIC dated 16-01-2024 rejecting restoration/recall application of the petitioner annexed as annexure no. 19 to the writ petitioner.
II. Hon'ble court be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing SIC/opposite party no. 3 to provide opportunity to the petitioner to file counter affidavit, on the affidavit dated 18-082023 of the PIO/ respondent no. 4 and decide the matter considering materials available on record."
