- In compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.9.2024, instruction dated 20.9.2024 sent by Sub-Divisional Officer is taken on record.

- Mr. Shyam Singh, learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instruction dated 20.9.2024 submitted that enquiry in pursuance of the suspension order passed against the petitioner is going on and the same shall be concluded on merit in accordance with law.
