- This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:-
"(i) That by issuing writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari the impugned recovery certificate dated 04.03.2024 served on 14.03.2024 contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition may kindly be quashed.
(ii) That by issuing writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus the opposite parties no.2 and 3 may kindly be commanded to issue fresh notice to the petitioner after adjusting the amount of installment already paid so that final payment of the tender amount could be made."
