As an interim measure, it is provided that in case the petitioner deposits 1/3 of the amount as directed by the competent authority vide order dated 04.03.2023, a copy of which is Annexure-4 to the writ petition, within four weeks from today then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till the next date of listing.
