Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Saharsh, learned Additional Chief Standing counsel appearing for respondents No.1 & 6, Shri Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary, learned counsel apearing for respondents No.3, 4 & 5 and Shri Nijam Ahmad, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.7.

The instant petition has been filed contending that the petitioner has filed a revision under Section 12-C(6) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 bearing Revision No.34 of 2023 in Re: Sheela Vs. District Election Officer, Ambedkar Nagar and Others which is pending for consideration before the respondent No.2 and it is prayed that the said revision be directed to be decided in accordance with law expeditiously.

Shri Saharsh, learned Additional Chief Standing counsel states on the basis of instructions states that the revision is fixed today before the learned District Judge.

Considering the fact that the revision filed by the petitioner is pending for consideration before the respondent No.2, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the said revision in accordance with law, expeditiously, after hearing all the parties concerned provided there is no legal impediment.
