- Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a serious threat from the parents of petitioner no.2 to the lives and property of the petitioners that is why the petitioners are not able to solemnize their marriage.

- Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioner no.1 shall marry with petitioner no.2 within two months.

- Put up this matter as fresh on 9th September, 2024 along with the marriage certificate.

- Meanwhile, if the petitioners apprehend any threat to their lives and property, they may approach the respondent no.2 to seek protection. After a fresh evaluation of the threat, the respondent no.2 shall take adequate measures, accordingly.
