Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the Respondent No.5 has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present writ petition on the ground of locus of the petitioners as the Petitioner No.2 is alleging himself as manager of Petitioner No.1, whereas the Deputy Registrar has passed an order dated 14.09.2025 wherein it has been held that the Petitioner No.2 is not even a member of the general body as there are no documents regarding his membership.
It is further submitted that the petitioner has also challenged the said order by filing Writ-C No.55893 of 2015, in which no interim order has been passed.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be granted some more time to prepare the case on the said objection raised by learned counsel for the Respondent No.2.
As prayed, two weeks' time is granted.
