1. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners even in the revised call, nor any request for adjournment has been made by petitioners' counsel, whereas learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents is present.

The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection from this Court apprehending threat to their life as they have performed their marriage against the wishes of their parents. The petitioners claimed to have attained the age of majority at the time of solemnization of marriage and they married in accordance with the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

1. Matter requires consideration.

1. The learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel seeks and is granted two weeks' time to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the documents attached to the writ petition. A para-wise response to the allegations made in the writ petition shall also be submitted. For clarity, the instructions shall include verification of the Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Marksheet, and Marriage Certificate, as well as confirmation whether the marriage was solemnized in accordance with Section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and whether both parties were of legal age at the time of marriage. Additionally, the role of the individual who performed the marriage and the Secretary of the Trust who issued the marriage certificate shall be
