1.Heard Mr. Diwakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Mr. Umesh Chandra Kesarwani, learned counsel for respondent No.2.
2.The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:
"(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner with interest under the Scheme of Mrityu, Viklangta Sahayata Evam Akshamta Pension Yojana Thatha Antytesti Sahayata Yojana, which is operated under the Uttar Pradesh Bhawan Evam Anya Sannirman Karmkar Kalyan Board, meanwhile otherwise the petitioner shall an irreparable loss and injury."
" 1. Heard Mr. Diwakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Umesh Chandra Kesarwani, learned counsel for respondent No.4.
2. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 03.07.2024, instruction dated 22.07.2024 placed before this Court by Mr. Umesh Chandra Kesarwai, learned counsel for respondent No.4, is taken on record.
3. Mr. Umesh Chandra Kesarwani, learned counsel for respondent No.4 on the basis of instruction submitted that necessary steps for payment has already been taken by the authorities. He further submitted that three weeks' further time be granted so that claim of petitioner be satisfied.
4. In view of the instruction sent by the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Aligarh as well as augments advanced by learned counsel for respondent No.4, matter is adjourned for three weeks.
5. Mr. Umesh Chandra Kesarwani, learned counsel for respondent No.4 shall inform the Court about the further progress in the matter on the next date fixed in the matter.
