Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. Memo of appearance is filed by Sri Krishna Lal Yadav, Advocate on behalf of respondent no.2/Union of India, the same is taken on record.
Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner with regard to motor vehicle loan taken from the respondent nos. 6 & 7, which are the private Banks.
Hence, the present writ petition is not maintainable. Even otherwise, the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy either to invoke arbitration clause or to approach the Consumer Forum in accordance with law.
In case any interim relief application is filed by the petitioner, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is consigned to record.
