"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of certiorari quashing parte impugned passed by the ex- order dated 29/06/2022 Tehsildar, TehsilBilhaur, District-Kanpur Nagar/Respondent No. passed in Case No. 2 6334/2021 (Computerized Case No.T202103410206334) (Gaon Sabha Versus Vishambhar Singh) U/s 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
(II) Issue a writ, order of direction directing the Respondent No.2/Tehsildar to decide the pending Recall/Restoratión Application dated 29/07/2022 filed by petitioner in aforesaid case expeditiously.
(III) Issue a order writ, of direction directing the respondents till disposal of Recall/ Restoration Application the respondents not to harass/evict the petitioner over the land in dispute."
