Heard Shri Bheem Singh, counsel for the applicant and Shri Rakesh Pande, Senior Advocate, assisted by Shri Satendra Tripathi, Advocate, representing the opposite parties.
In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the opposite party No. 3, i.e., the Vice Chairman, Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad has filed an affidavit stating that the Special Appeal against the order of the writ Court was taken for hearing on 29.8.2024, on which date the matter has again been adjourned for hearing on 11.9.2024. It has been further stated that on 29.8.2024, the counsel for the applicant had again given an undertaking that he shall not press the contempt application till the next date of listing of the Special Appeal.
In view of the aforesaid, the matter is adjourned for the day.
List again on 26.9.2024.
