1 . The learned Standing Counsel, who has accepted notice on behalf of all the respondents, is directed to file counter affidavit within four weeks.
2 . The petitioner will have two weeks' thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
3 . Until further orders, the recovery in pursuance to the impugned order dated 25.07.2023 shall remain stayed subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.50,000/- within a period of six weeks from today.
4 . List after exchange of pleadings.
