Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed seeking transfer of Case No.882 of 2022 (Nawal Gupta versus Nisha Gupta) instituted by opposite party under section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act from District Hardoi to District Lucknow.
Learned counsel for applicant submits that after separation now she is residing in Lucknow. It is submitted that there are two other cases between the parties which are also pending in District Lucknow as indicated in paragraph 12 of the affidavit filed in support of application.
Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, time is granted to opposite party to file response.
List this case on 22.01.2025 alongwith service report.
Till next date of listing, proceedings of Case No.882 of 2022 (Nawal Gupta versus Nisha Gupta) pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hardoi shall remain stayed.
