Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing counsel. Sri Pankaj Gupta learned counsel has received notice on behalf of respondent no.1-Gaon Sabha and Sri Vijai Bahadur Verma learned counsel who has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.4 and 5 which is taken on record.
At the outset, it is pointed out by Sri Vijai Bahadur Verma learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioners had also challenged the order passed by the Consolidation Officer, however, it has not been brought on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, on the other hand, submits that he has made a prayer that he has not filed the order as he could not get the certified copy of the same and he prays that the original may be summoned.
It has further been pointed out that certain other parties have not been impleaded and even the prayer made by the petitioners is in respect of the order passed by the D.D.C which has decided several revisions and it is not indicated that the challenge is to which part of the said order relating to which revision.
Learned Standing counsel is directed to find out the status of the order dated 15.09.2021 passed by the Consolidation Officer.
As prayed, list on 07.08.2024 as fresh showing the name of Sri Vijay Bahadur Verma as counsel for the respondents.
