Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of the respondents No.1, 2 and 3 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Anuraj Srivastava, learned counsel has accepted notice for the private-respondents No.4 to 7 and has also filed his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the private-respondents No.4 to 7 to indicate that the petitioners have not approached this Court with clean hands inasmuch as they had initially preferred a petition bearing WRIT-B No.758 of 2023 wherein certain facts were indicated regarding the Village in question being under consolidation. However, in the second round, this fact has not been indicated in the instant petition. Various other facts regarding several litigation which were initiated by the petitioners which came to be dismissed as withdrawn on 20.03.2024 and the said order has not been placed on record.

Be that as it may, Shri Anurag Srivastava, learned counsel for the private-respondents No.4 to 7 is granted a week's time to bring on record the said objections on record with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the petitioners, who may if so choose, may file his response within three days thereafter.
