Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to some inadvertent mistake, certain documents are left to be enclosed as well as certain necessary parties are left to be arrayed as respondents in the present writ petition which are necessary for the proper adjudication of the present case and prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
