Learned State Counsel submits that annexure No.3 being initial order passed under section 47-A/33 of the Stamp Act is not a complete document since there seems to be certain pages missing between page Nos. 37 and 38.
In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file the complete copy of annexure No.3.
