- Let counter affidavit be filed by the respondents within next three weeks to which rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

- Apprehension has been expressed by the petitioner that in pursuance of the impugned order dated 4.1.2024, the State may take possession of the disputed property. It is, therefore, provided that in case, any proceedings are initiated in this regard, liberty is given to the petitioner to move appropriate application before this Court.
