Short submission of learned counsel for the revisionists is that learned trial court while exercising the powers under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and passing the impugned order dated 11.01.2024 has not recorded the satisfaction as is required by it in view of the Constitution Bench judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Hardeep Singh vs. State of Punjab reported in [(2014) 3 SCC 92] , emphasis is on paragraph Nos.105 and 106.
