On 1.3.2024, this Court has passed the following order:
"As prayed by Sri Aman Kumar Shrivastav, learned counsel for the petitioner, list/put up this case as fresh on 14.03.2024 immediately after fresh list of cases.
It is made clear that mere pendency of this petition shall not be treated as an interim protection to the petitioner and the court concerned shall proceed in the matter expeditiously.
It is further made clear that the case would not be extended on the next date of listing on any ground including the ground of illness and appropriate orders including the order of dismissal of this petition for want of prosecution would be passed in first call even in absence of petitioner's counsel."
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
