Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State counsel for opposite party No.1. He has raised preliminary objection that necessary parties such as Akhilesh Kumar S/o Saheb Saran and one Babadeen S/o Sangam Lal have not been arrayed as parties in the writ petition although they would be arrayed as parties.
In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioner is granted a week's time to file an application seeking impleadment of the aforesaid persons.
List this case on 07th January, 2025, as fresh.
