Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of Nos.1 to 3 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.5. Shri Sukhveer Singh, learned counsel has accepted notice on caveat on behalf of respondent No.4.
At the outset, from the perusal of the memo of the petition as well as the prayer contained therein, it appears that there were two separate appeals, which have been challenged before this Court by means of the instant petition. However, the court fee has been paid in respect of one appeal. The report filed by the Stamp Reporting Section is not appropriate.
The Stamp Reporter is directed to furnish a fresh report regarding the sufficiency of the court fee and in case if there is any deficiency, learned counsel for the petitioner shall make good the deficiency within two days.
