Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 has been accepted by the Office of Chief Standing Counsel.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners, at this stage, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, however, in case, if any claim is raised by the private respondent, then this order may not come in his way.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
