- It is argued by Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Agnihotri Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner that the objection raised by the respondents against the petitioner through its letter dated 09.07.2024, copy of which is appended as Annexure No. P.A. 3 to the personal affidavit, is per se illegal and against the law laid down by this Court in case of Manish And Another Vs. State of U.P. and three others (Writ - A No. - 4717 of 2019) decided on 08.05.2019 , copy of which is appended as Annexure No. 3 to the supplementary affidavit. In response to the same it is further argued that wholly legally though the petitioner is entitled for letter of appointment, no action has been taken till date.
